In this session, you will meet the clinical medical assisting coordinator for Vincennes University, Jim McFaul, as well as our Wayne Adult Education staff who will partner with Vincennes University for this CCMA class. You will learn about the clinical medical assisting career pathway and have a chance to ask any questions you might have about the course
Attend our portfolio-building enrollment session on Monday, November 6 form 12:30PM – 4:30PM, hosted by WorkOne. WorkOne is the agency who will enroll qualifying students and provide the funds to pay for CCMA certification for those students. This is a $2600 scholarship, so please make sure you work hard during this session to fulfill the WorkOne requirements that will qualify you for funding. Please know this is a highly competitive process, as there are over 100 students competing for funding and admission into this CCMA course with limited seating.
Candidates who have an exemplary portfolio and are approved for admission to the class will be given final appointments with WorkOne representatives to enroll in the course and access the funding for certification. Classes will start January 10.
