Forming a PARTNERSHIP
Partnering with Wayne Township Adult Education is an opportunity for healthcare and trades organizations/companies to impact the future workforce in their field. WTAE views our partners as industry experts and as such they are able to influence program curriculum and skills instructional training. Our Employer Services team will meet with our partners at the beginning and end of each placement cycle to gather feedback and evaluate student progress and performance.
It is our goal to see students walk into your company with the skills, knowledge and professionalism needed to be a proactive and valued employee on day one. Under this partnership agreement, you are given the opportunity to first host our students in field experiences/clinical placements. Next, you will be invited to our program wide hiring fair, where you will have the opportunity to meet with students and conduct on the spot interviews. Finally, you will be given access to our CT4Hire page where you will have access to student resumes for those candidates that you are interested in hiring.
