How Do I Get My Diploma?
New Graduates:
After you have successfully passed all required tests, your diploma and transcripts will be sent to us at our Ben Davis University High School location. Diplomas usually arrive within 2-5 weeks after your final passing test. Once your diploma is received, you will be contacted by the information you provided. Please be sure that your voicemail box is set up and that your contact information is correct.
After you have been called, you may pick up your diploma at Ben Davis University High School (1155 S High School Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46241), Door #2. Pick up times are:
Monday-Thursday: 9am-6:30pm
Friday: 9am-12pm
Please note, we are closed on all major holidays, and follow the MSD Wayne Township District calendar. You may call in advance to ensure that the office will be open (317-988-7975).
If you are enrolled in our program, a copy of your diploma and transcripts will be uploaded to your Connectable account and can be viewed at any time. Log in to https://indiana.getconnectable.com/dashboard to view.
Currently enrolled students will be invited to attend our graduation ceremony on the first Saturday of June. Watch your email for more information.
Please note, self-pay students are not invited to attend graduation.
Former Graduates:
Diplomas and transcripts will be held at our main campus for 2 years. After this point, you will need to order a copy from DiplomaSender. Please note, if you are applying for a college or new career and they require an official transcript/diploma, this must be sent directly from DiplomaSender.

Official Transcripts/Diploma Requests made by higher education institutions, recruiters, or jobs must be completed through Diploma Sender. We cannot provide documents to third-parties.
