Elika Sanchez serves as the Data and Outcomes Coordinator, bringing a rich and diverse background in education to her leadership role. Her journey began as a bilingual LAP paraprofessional before she transitioned into the classroom, where she taught kindergarten for nearly five years. Throughout that time, Elika also dedicated herself to Wayne Township Adult Education, expanding her impact as an ELL Teacher, Life Coach, TABE tester, and Site Lead.

A naturally curious lifelong learner, Elika is driven by the belief that education is a transformative gift. She is most passionate about empowering adult learners, helping their lives “take flight” as they navigate their educational journeys. Elika’s unique blend of classroom experience and administrative insight allows her to support both students and staff with empathy and a data-driven focus on success.
