Jonathan Garmany is an Indianapolis native with a background in construction trades, workforce development, and CTE education. His career has been spent building programs that open doors into the skilled trades for people who need them most, work informed by his own path through those same doors.

At Wayne Township Adult Education, Jonathan helps connect adult learners to career pathways, employer partnerships, and real opportunities for life-changing work. He brings a practical, on-the-ground perspective shaped by both the shop floor and the community he grew up in, with a deep belief that employment is not just about a paycheck, it’s about confidence, dignity, and a better future. When he’s not at work, Jonathan finds peace in the great outdoors.
