LaKisha is a dedicated nursing professional with nearly three decades of healthcare experience since 1996. Beginning her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she advanced to Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and Registered Nurse (RN), earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree along the way.

She has served in leadership roles including Assistant Director of Nursing, Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, and Preceptor with experience in case management, home care, infusion therapy, critical care and medical surgical. LaKisha is known for her strong leadership, critical thinking, commitment to providing quality patient-centered care in fast-paced healthcare environments and continuous professional development.

Outside of work, LaKisha enjoys spending time with family, walking, participating in mission trips, and traveling.
