After retiring from a successful 20-year career as an algebra teacher, Laura continues to share her passion for education through Adult Education, where she is currently in her eighth year of teaching math. Throughout her career, she served as a high ability math academic team coach, and the high ability coordinator, helping students reach their full academic potential while supporting fellow educators. Outside of the classroom, Laura enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She also loves hiking, playing pickleball, reading a wide variety of books, gardening and cooking.
