Tammy McDugle collaborates with adult students and staff to ensure the success of each person who joins the Wayne Township Adult Education Program. She comes to Wayne with 22 years of teaching experience, 11 years on the South Elementary Leadership Team with her principal, 8 years as a Mentor Teacher, 7 years as Grade Level Team lead, and 6 years as Quality Coach (responsible for a positive school culture). Tammy is now completing her Master’s Degree in Counseling which is preparing her to be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. These experiences and education empower Tammy to come alongside students with compassion, drive and skills to see students reach maximum growth, and positive collaboration with her teammates around common goals. Beyond her current life coach position at Wayne, Tammy enjoys serving her local church with her husband who is the lead pastor now for 18 years. Together, they share God’s steadfast love with the congregation and community. She also serves on the Soul Care team (counseling) there and leads the women’s ministry with one of her friends, Kimmy. It brings Tammy joy to help people reach their educational and lifelong personal goals, and she loves teaming with her colleagues to see successes happen.
