My name is Youssef Aajaoui, and I have a Bachelor’s degree in Education Studies. I am currently enrolled in the Transition to Teach program as I continue working toward becoming a licensed teacher. I am passionate about education and committed to helping students succeed both academically and personally.

I currently work in adult education as a proctor, where I assist students during testing sessions, help maintain a structured and professional learning environment, and support adult learners throughout their educational journey. This experience has strengthened my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while allowing me to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and learning experiences.

In addition, I support students and staff at Ben Davis University High School . Through these roles, I have gained valuable experience in classroom support, student engagement, and building positive relationships within the school community.

I enjoy creating positive learning environments where students feel supported, motivated, and encouraged to grow. I believe education has the power to change lives, and I am dedicated to continuing my professional growth as an educator while making a meaningful impact in my school and community.
