Student Spotlight: Meet Harie!

I am a journalist and I speak French, Haitian-Creole, and a little Spanish. I love what I do back in my country, Haiti, but hardly can you sleep with your two eyes closed.
Life in America with little English can be difficult and frustrating. Like a popular saying goes,”it takes two to tangle.” My interaction with people is on a low

ebb as a result of me learning the language.
Remember, I told you I am a journalist. You would think I could speak English. It doesn’t work that way. But do you know what? I finally found relief having come across WayneTownship Adult Education. Classes have been fantastic with the assistance of the patient teachers and Life Coaches.
Once I am done with my HSE, I would like to explore more in the Journalism field or better still, switch to the medical line.
